IO1: The methodology

 

One of the aims of the project was the redaction of a final methodology focusing on improving innovative teaching methods in the field of Catering and Tourism VET with the support of ICT and foreign languages. 

 

The potential implementation and use of this methodology was an integral part of the project. 

 

This output is considered as one, it will therefore need to be approached in 3 stages:

a) research and study,

b) piloting and testing,

c) final redaction, translation and dissemination according to results.

 

This output was achieved by the following activities:
